If you’re having performance problems with Vulkan on NVIDIA GPUs, try the following steps:

Open Nvidia App
Navigate to Graphics → Global Settings
Set Low Latency Mode to Ultra
Set Vulkan/OpenGL Present Method to Prefer layered on DXGI Swapchain
